About Abby

I'm a lifelong yogini, having been taught by my mum Sally Worth from an early age. (Although as you can see, I think I took the word 'pose' a bit too literally). I completed my 200hr Vinyasa Yoga training (Yoga Alliance RYT) with world-renowned teachers Michael James Wong and Emily-Clare Hill at FRAME Academy in London, and I take guidance and support from many more teachers.

My classes are designed to help you connect back to your own inner well of calm, through a joyful flow that balances strength and sweetness, effort and effortlessness. Expect a focus on confident alignment, fluid transitions and a healthy dose of modern philosophy.

About my classes

I teach a mixture of Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Slow Flow and Beginner's Yoga classes. 

All of my classes are an invitation for you to unwind, unravel, and find the freedom to become unstuck. I believe that bringing a sense of playfulness to our mat helps us overcome fears, negative judgements and restrictions. So expect to smile, to laugh, and to try something you've never tried before (even if it means falling on your face in crow). 

I also bring a well-crafted playlist to every class that draws on my love of hip hop, electronica, RnB and soul. In everyday life, we use music to connect to our bodies in a more fluid and natural way. And at its heart, that's all that yoga is: tuning into our inner rhythms of movement, stillness and breath.
