7:10am (45 minutes) // Vinyasa Flow @ FRAME Farringdon
A graceful and energising practice, linking breath with movement. This class has a strong focus on the core and the dynamic element that will make you sweat.
6:30pm // Power Yoga @ FRAME Victoria
40 mins of a strong and sweaty vinyasa practice that will get the body moving and the mind focused on the mat, followed by 20 mins of a cooling & calming flow that will finish you in a final savasana.
11:30am // Basics Yoga @ FRAME Farringdon
Designed to teach you the basic principles of yoga. After a couple of these classes, you will be at the stage where you can easily join in an open class from our programme without getting left behind.
12:30pm // Hip Hop Yoga @ FRAME Farringdon
An energising Vinyasa practice set to a Hip Hop soundtrack. Expect a bit more booty, a few more reps, and a lot of laughs.
